Immunity Face Steam

DIRECTIONS:Empty entire package into a glass or ceramic bowl and place on a heat safe surface.   Bring 2 cups or desired amount of filtered water to a boil and pour over ingredients in the bowl. Keeping a safe distance from the hot water, cover your head with clean towel making a tent over the bowl.  Please keep your eyes closed while taking slow and deep breaths for up to ten minutes.   We recommend you steam with a freshly washed face and take breaks or cease use if the menthol effects become overwhelming.
