Cioppino Style Seafood Stew*
A seafood lovers delight and so light. This Mediterranean seafood stew combines shrimp, mussels and flounder along with tomatoes, herbs, seafood stock, and white wine for a hearty, yet healthy meal. Can be gluten-free by omitting the bread. Full size serves 4, half serves 2. (stove). Prep & Cook Time Instructions Ingredients/Nutrition Info Hands on time: 5 minutesCooking time: 20 minutes Thaw completely in fridge. Heat a large pot to medium-high. Add the contents of the tomato bag. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the shrimp/mussels/flounder bag and cover. Continue simmering (covered) over medium low heat for 15 minutes, or until mussels have opened and the shrimp have turned light orange in color. **The mussels are fully cooked so may already be open.
