The Homegrown Cotton Polo is designed in a traditional cut using local SC grown cotton. The Carolina Indigo polo is very unique and is hand dyed by CHI design with South Carolina grown indigo. It is named after the cash crop Eliza Lucas Pinckney cultivated successfully in South Carolina in 1742. Pinckney’s crop was the first in the American colonies and became a major crop up to the Revolutionary War.
