Germination: 10 to 14 days at 41 to 68F.  It is not recommended that you grow when soil temperatures are greater than 77 F as the seeds will go dormant. Plant seeds 1/2 inch deep with 4 - 18 inches between rows Italian Dandelions, which are different from True Dandelions, are vigorous growers and entirely edible with forest-green leaves that provide savory flavor when cooked, similar to collard greens. Dried chicory can also be added to coffee.
