This special edition set is made from some Spanish Cedar offcuts that were at the now defunct Stanley Tool Plant in Pittsford, Vermont.  Bought from a gentleman who was an operations manager at the plant and described as "mahogany" this particular wood is definitely Spanish Cedar, a species commonly substituted for mahogany . This particular pirce of wood as beautiful figure, depth, and chatoyance.  This set includes:  A Honey Brook Marking Knife and a Honey Brook Dovetail Knife.  Custom-made blades from Hock Tools.  The dual bevel, spear point blades are expertly crafted from O1 tool steel which takes and holds a superior edge and is exceptionally durable.
