We’ll refresh your piece and ship it back to you within 10 business days. We'll email you a pre-paid return label within 2 business days.  Notes: This is not a physical item. This service is for existing Honeycat bracelets or necklaces only. When sending your piece back, please include your order number and a brief note outlining the changes you’d like made.
