This product only weighs 13.8oz. to 15.5oz., and adjustable straps and a removable elastic band will keep the ICP in the middle of back. To use longer than 3-4 hours, we recommend purchasing an extra ICP and keep one in a freezer to replace later. Caring the vest is easy. Wash and hang dry.
