Cipollini onions are known for their great onion flavor that is enhanced during cooking. This is a great variety for adding onion flavor to soups, sauces or any other dish. Yellow Cipollini is a long-day variety that performs best when grown in northern climates. Onions average 3-4" in diameter and will typically store for 2-3 months.
