Marine Insurance

We offer optional Marine Insurance for your personal shipments or items that you order and are shipping to Hawaii. Marine Insurnace must be purchased prior to the boat sailing.  Rate: $1.00 for $100.00 value Minimum $10.00 per shipment (or $1,000.00 value) Any shipment over $100,000.00 in value will need to be reviewed by the insurance company, to make sure that they will insure it prior to shipment.  Marine insurance only covers the ocean transit, and does not cover the trucking overland.  Restrictions:-Does not cover concealed damages-Damages must be reported within 24 hours or receipt  Unapproved Commodities (No coverage for restricted items): Automobiles, motorcycles Bath tubs Boats, yachts Bonds, deeds, documents, stamps Bullion including coins Cash Cast iron stoves and pipe Cellular or mobile phones Ceramic books, slabs Checks, money orders Commodities (Raw and processed, including tobacco, grains, ores, oils, cotton, rubber, tin plate, coffee, cocoa, sugar or similar) Compute
