Pre-order a 40 lb (approximately 1/8 of a cow) or 80 lb (approximately 1/4 of a cow) beef box. Family steaks can include chuck, london broil, top round, or sirloin. Specialty cuts can include flank, tri tip, or filet mignon. To pre-order a 40 lb box, add one box to your cart. To pre-order an 80 lb box, add two boxes to your cart. All boxes are pre-sold and require a non-refundable deposit of $100 per 40 lbs*. The deposit will be credited towards your final amount.
