Problem Solved was designed to provide participants with a quick method for solving these problems without sacrificing work efficiency or quality. How It Works Problem Solved provides participants with a simple problem-solving method while assessing their skill level during each step. Participants are read an in-depth scenario and respond to 25 behavior-related statements which indicate the extent to which they practiced the behavior. By scoring and charting results, they create a visual depiction of their comfort level with each of the five problem-solving steps.
