Our Togarashi Spiced Cold-Smoked Steelhead Trout has the same buttery, silky texture as our regular Cold-Smoked, but with a bright, peppery kick of Japanese Togarashi spice. Hand-cured with all-natural ingredients and smoked in small batches by family-owned smokehouse, Samaki, in New York’s Hudson Valley. The unique blend of Szechuan pepper, orange peel, sesame, cayenne, and nori adds a subtle heat and citrusy depth to every bite. No hormones, antibiotics, or artificial dyes. Free of mercury and microplastics. Raised responsibly in New York’s Hudson Valley.
