Pan Fry - Whole 1lb Steelhead
We affectionately nicknamed these one-pound steelheads "Pan Fry" because they are perfectly portioned and ready to cook straight from the package! Whether you're a seasoned chef or a home cook looking for an easy yet delicious meal, our steelhead makes it simple to enjoy high-quality fish with minimal prep time. Cooking Tips: Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Stuff the cavity with your favorite aromatics, brush the skin with olive oil, and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until the skin is crispy and the flesh is flaky. Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the steelhead on a baking sheet, stuffed with herbs and drizzled with lemon juice. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Pan Fry: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil. Season the steelhead and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Previously frozen.
