African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) p54 Monoclonal Antibody, Clone HI71
African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) p54 Monoclonal Antibody Clone HI71 Catalog#: A20071 Description: Anti ASFV/p54 monoclonal antibody specifically recognize ASFV p54 protein. African Swine Fever (ASF) is a contagious, septic viral disease of pigs, characterized by fever, toxicosis, haemorrhages and high mortality rate. The causative agent of the disease is ASFV, a large DNA virus from the Asfarviridae family. Domestic and wild pigs are all susceptible to ASFV regardless of the breed or age. The disease can occur in various forms, including fulminant, acute, subacute, chronic and inapparent. ASFV p54 antigen is one of the most immunogenic ASFV proteins. The C-terminal nucleotide sequence of p54 has been traditionally used for the genotyping of ASFV isolates. The p54 has been widely used as antigen in indirect ELISAs and a pen-side assay. Isotype: IgG1 Species reactivity: Mouse Production: Tissue culture Purification: Protein A/G Applications: ELI
