Anti-Human CD20 Monoclonal Antibody, Clone: Ofatumumab
Anti-Human CD20 Monoclonal Antibody, Clone: Ofatumumab Clone: Ofatumumab Catalog#: AB5743 Description: Since its discovery, CD20 has been considered to be expressed on the surface of B lymphocytes and involved in the treatment of numerous tumor cells. The latest research shows that it is also expressed on a small number of T cells. CD20 belongs to the transmembrane 4 domain family A (MS4A) protein family, a non glycosylated protein with a molecular weight of 33-37KDa. The CD20 protein consists of four hydrophobic transmembrane domains, one intracellular structure, and two extracellular domains. The N-terminus and C-terminus are both located in the cytoplasmic sol, and no natural ligands have been found yet.CD20 is highly expressed on the surface of B cells, but does not exist in early Pro-B cells or plasma cells. It plays a role in their differentiation into plasma cells and activation of antigen-independent T cell responses. In addition, CD20 is also expressed in
