Pai Mu Tan

Pai Mu Tan is a premium white tea crafted from the rare Narcissus tea bush. Only the finest two leaves and a bud are selected, then naturally withered and sun-dried to preserve their delicate character. The result is a perfectly balanced tea with a light, silvery appearance and soft peach fuzz coating.  Pale and translucent in the cup with a vibrant nose and silken body. This white tea reveals layered jammy undertones with wine-forward characteristics that will appeal to your discerning palate. Ingredients: White Tea Brewing Instructions: Measure 2 heaping tsp per cup (8-10oz) Add 185° water Steep tea 3-7 minutes (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea) Remove tea leaves and enjoy!
