2014 Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes:In the glass the wine shows color reminiscent of Bohemian Garnet, dark ruby with a soft polish. The aromatic hints of muscovado sugar and black pepper intrigue your senses to dive deeper, after swirling in your glass the subtle notes of lavender and fennel rise. On the palate the wine is most elegant with flavors of crème de cassis, bourbon coffee, and sweet mint.  While a perfectly laid balance of tannins allow the finish to linger until the much awaited next sip.
