Hot Pepper Jelly

Its hot and its sweet! Hot pepper jelly is an old-fashioned favorite that gives any meal added flair. Enjoy with steak, shrimp, pork, or chicken (OK, we confess, its delicious with french fries, too). Serve as a dip either straight out of the jar, or mix with equal parts sour cream or cream cheese, alongside potato chips, tortillas, pita bread, pretzels, crackers, and cheddar cheese.
