A hand-drawn collaboration between Artist and Combat Veteran, Matt Rendar and the HunterSeven Foundation. The back image represents a door gunner firing a .50 caliber GAU-21 machine gun from the side of a helicopter while traveling through the mountains of Afghanistan. The aviation representation depicts our team's history within the military aviation community. Along the top of the drawing is the quote by Benjamin Franklin, "An Investment in Knowledge Pays the Best Interest" - a timeless piece of wisdom that highlights the incredible value of learning and education.  As HunterSeven Foundation focuses heavily on research and education, the quote holds much meaning. Knowing your exposures and understanding your risk factors during and following service is truly an investment on your health. Knowledge has a ripple effect.
