10 x 18" Oak End-grain Carving Board

You can also dry the board on your countertop after cleaning it without a towel, as airflow can get all around the board.  This board was made from oak sourced from Camp Small in Baltimore City, which takes trees cut down around Baltimore and mills them into useable lumber.
