198 x 51mm chef with Maryland Oak burl and spalted maple handle. 34-layer 1084/15N20 damascus blade. Very nice version of a western chef, high heel for rock chopping with a slender tip for slicing. Great sturdy feeling in the hand, while being nimble and thin in the blade.
