We kept it simple with this one, just a smooth rose flavored tasting tea. Helps with menstrual pain relief, sore throat, reducing stress and anxiety. Enjoyable as an ice tea as well.  All our 'I Love That Tea' ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from Turkey.  4'' x 4'' Box includes: approx. 0.5oz (16 teaspoons) of loose leaf tea Keepsake metal box & ingredient card 2 Disposable tea bags Ingredients: Rosebuds Brewing Instructions: We recommend using 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. Steep time is 5-8 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. For a lighter tea flavor feel free to brew a 2nd time.
