Online Workshop: Deploying Your Vision and Strategy - Limited Seating Available

This 90-minute virtual workshop provides an introduction on how to assess your vision and strategic plan and how to effectively and successfully cascade it throughout the organization. We start with the belief that the vision and strategic plan is to achieve organizational excellence and define your future within the context of your local situation. Participants will be provided with a simple, yet effectively powerful assessment instrument to measure the quality and implementation of their strategy. We will share examples to showcase how another local government ensured that layers beyond the executive level understood and were inspired by the strategy Samples will be provided for managers to define their performance expectations to help translate the strategy to front-line activities and behaviors Finally, a list of transformational measures (that form the basis for recognition, accountability, and refocusing strategic efforts) will be provided
