100 Dwarf White Isopods (May Contain pruinosus)

Dwarf White isopods (Trichorhina tomentosa) are one of the best dwarf isopods available for sale for most bioactive enclosures or for use as supplemental feeders.  This 100-count container of Dwarf White isopods may contain some juvenile pruinosus powder isopods.  Both pruinosus Powder isopods and Dwarf White isopods are an excellent safe clean-up crew for reptiles and amphibians.  These isopods reproduce quickly and easily.  We keep bins of Dwarf White and Powder isopods that are housed together for our own personal use with our dart frogs.  When we have excess isopods in these bins, we offer them at a discount due to them not being "pure" cultures.  Best for use in bioactive tanks.  Dwarf white isopods are parthenogenic, and they can tolerate humid and semi-arid environments.  They spend most of their time in the soil.  The care for dwarf isopods is the same for common isopods.  Please see our blog and YouTube channel for care guides and tips.  NOTE:  They play dead quite often.  Whe
