3-D Life AgaFloat

Description 3-D Life AgaFloat is a cell-compatible agarose preparation which can be added to 3-D Life Hydrogels to avoid the sedimentation of cells while the gel is forming. When AgaFloat is added to the pregel solution, the pregel solution remains liquid. AgaFloat does not interfere with the biomimetic properties of 3-D Life Hydrogels. For instructions, please consult General Protocols GP-2 "Preparation of 3-D Life Slow Gelling Hydrogels" or GP-4 "Preparation of 3-D Life Hyaluronic Acid Hydrogels" and the 3-D Life Hydrogels User Guide. 3-D Life AgaFloat is not required for the preparation of 3-D Life Fast Gelling Hydrogels or ToGro Hydrogels.
