Double Battery Rack for Ego 56V Lawn Equipment

I designed this double battery rack to keep my 56V Ego batteries safe and out of the way. This rack can be mounted on a wall or under a shelf. Tested with two lawn mower size Ego batteries (5Ah) for durability and optimum fit for maximum space saving. Also fits smaller 2.0Ah batteries.This battery rack is 3D printed (FDM) using durable PET-G (polyethylene terephthalate glycol, a.k.a. polyester).I recommend securing the rack with at least one screw into a wall stud or other wood backing to handle the stress of repeated loading/unloading of the batteries. Use all four screw holes. Plastic anchors alone may tear out of drywall.For under-shelf mounting, hang the racks at least 1 inch (2 cm) from the wall.Recommended temperature range: 15F-125F or -10C-52C (Note: Extreme temperatures are bad for the batteries.)Disclaimers:Do not over tighten screws.
