3 Stone Septum Hoop-14k Gold

Every septum ring is made from solid 14k gold and set with 3 faceted natural gemstones of your choice. The gemstones are approximately 2mm in diameter each. The hoop is 10mm-11mm outside diameter (depending on the gauge you select). The inside diameter is 8mm-8.5mm.   The whole ring is a polished finish. You can choose your color of 14k gold, the correct gauge and gemstone before checkout in the drop-down menus. Each septum hoop is made to order and will take 3 to 6 days to make and ship to you.
