Altered Black Mini Dress with Velvet Bow - L/XL

Majorly adorable black mini dress with velvet bow at front! 3/4 sleeves with notches, fully lined, zip up back with clasp closure up top. This item is not vintage but was probably made in the last 10-15 years! This dress was hemmed into a mini by my mom! 💖 Fits like a traditional women’s size 12/14.   For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item was too small for me at the hips but fit everywhere else.
