Matchless Laurel Canyon Reverb Combo Amplifier 20W Cream/Gold The Laurel Canyon is Matchless’ first ever 6V6 amp influenced by the timeless music created by the legendary musicians who resided in Laurel Canyon in the 60s and 70s. For the Laurel Canyon, we developed a more compact cabinet in consideration of the needs of the on the go musician desiring moreportability. We tested several different cabinet sizes until we found the one that hit the sweet spot between portability and ability to showcase the tonal range of the Laurel Canyon to the fullest. Controls are Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble, and Master Volume. Powered by one 5AR4 rectifier tube, 2 x 6V6s and driven by three 12AX7s. The combination creates an unbelievably robust sound. The optional reverb is powered by two 12AX7/ECC83’s and drives through a 2 spring reverb tank. The reverb signal is also parallel to the input signal so there is no loss in tone or power when it’s turned up. The speaker is a made in the UK Celestion Heritag
