The iSK BDM-1 is a dynamic microphone with a cardioid pickup pattern that excels at picking up the lower frequencies and high volume sources. It is an excellent choice for professional use on kick drum and bass guitar cabs both in the studio and on stage. The housing is very strong and durable, made from cast zinc, which also helps reject external interference. The transducer is protected by a powder coated steel mesh grille, with a thin layer of wind foam on the inside.
