About the Photoshoot Capturing "Sunset Valley" in Iceland's enchanting Valley of Tears was a meticulous and rewarding endeavor. Known for its myriad streaming waterfalls and ever-flowing river, this valley epitomizes Iceland's untamed beauty. During this photoshoot, I aimed to encapsulate the landscape’s raw essence, particularly focusing on the unique lighting that makes Iceland so captivating. Late summer provided the ideal conditions: the terrain was clear of snow, exposing its intricate details, and the unfrozen water allowed for striking long-exposure shots of the waterfalls. The lighting, as the Midnight Sun began to fade, created a breathtaking canvas of colors. [split] Conditions for the shoot could not have been more perfect.
