Gilded Veil, Yellow Tea
Gilded Veil is a tea of rare devotion — crafted on the sacred slopes of Mengding Mountain in Sichuan, where tea has been cultivated for over a thousand years. Its transformation begins with a process called “Menghuang” (蒙黃, “sealed yellowing”), a slow and intricate technique where fresh leaves are repeatedly wrapped, steamed, and gently rested.
