Dark Noir is our darkest roasted coffee. Its a blend from Indonesia and Central America. Its a "Full French Roast" roasted to 469F. Sugars are heavily caramelized resulting in a rich tasting coffee characterized by the oils created from the roasted beans. For those that prefer darker roasted coffees this is a perfect addition to your coffee collection.
