This canyon has some of the best ski terrain in the US all concentrated into one area. The two ski resorts in Little Cottonwood, Alta, and Snowbird, each have their own distinct personality, and hard-core aficionados can argue the merits of each for hours. But, when James Niehues painted this view of both resorts, he set aside the banter to instead highlight some of the most legendary mountains in North America.
