Ancient Grains Sourdough Loaf

The Cadillac of our sourdoughs! This loaf has spelt, einkorn, black emmer, AND warthog flour. Four ancient grains in one. Enjoy the Jason Michael Thomas signature high-hydration, long-fermentation sourdough bread with a crispy crust and tender center. 100% organic, locally grown, and milled flour. If you would like our products to be delivered to you, check out our CSA packages!  As a small business, we only bake once a week. Pick-up at our farmstand downtown is available only on Saturdays and Sundays. PRE-ORDER AT LEAST TWO DAYS  before the desired pick-up date.  Long fermentation sourdough is a 2-day process. Orders for pick-up must be made by Thursday, 11:59 PM. PLEASE SELECT YOUR PICK-UP LOCATION DURING CHECKOUT. PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING.
