Enjoy the Jason Michael Thomas signature high-hydration, long-fermentation sourdough bread with a crispy crust and tender center. 100% organic, locally grown, and milled flour. If you would like our products to be delivered to you, check out our CSA packages! As a small business, we only bake once a week. Pick-up at our farmstand downtown is available only on Saturdays and Sundays. PRE-ORDER AT LEAST TWO DAYS before the desired pick-up date. Long fermentation sourdough is a 2-day process.
