Playa Manzanillo

The Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica is a totally unique and wild place on earth. Along the shore of a beach named Playa Manzanillo this shipwreck can be found. With every wave and sunset nature slowly takes back what she gives. I was immediately drawn to the captivating beauty of the Playa Manzanillo Shipwreck. The rusted remains of a shipwreck that had run aground many years before provided a hauntingly beautiful subject that I knew I had to photograph. The contrast between the rusted metal of the shipwreck and the vibrant blue hues of the ocean creates a stunning visual narrative of time and nature's power in this photograph.
