Siren of the Waves

Legend has it that mermaids can be found along the breaking waves of a very special beach in Costa Rica. I carefully adjusted my camera, looking for the best angle to capture both the statue and the waves in one shot. The swell was growing, and the waves were getting bigger. I pressed the shutter, freezing the moment the wave crashed. The mermaid statue stood tall and proud amidst the waves, creating a stunning image. In the bright sunlight, the statue glistened.
