Big Band Express, Sundays 5:45 - 7:15pm

This course will meet weekly on Sundays, running March 31st-June 2nd. Spring Performances are scheduled for June 6th-8th.  Big Band Express is a 90 minute rehearsal large jazz ensemble study experience: Develop jazz big band ensemble playing skills Work up repertoire Get performance experience and improv opportunity Focus on stylistic phrasing, intonation, balance, musicality, dynamics, and fun Seats are limited and filled by skill assessment. Student Requirements Intention to enroll in consecutive multiple sessions (unless other arrangements are discussed). Punctual attendance and preparation are required. Attendance to each scheduled performance is required.
