Assam is a black tea with orange zest, nutty and chocolatey flavors. Can be served as an ice tea or hot tea. Malty and robust in flavor, this tea offers a quick infusion and works well with hot milk. We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195F. Use 2.5g of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep for 5 minutes.
