While sencha green tea can be produced in a number of regions, ours hails from Japan. This is a perfect every day tea, with a robust vegetal flavor and lighter notes of grain and pine. This makes a great addition to any organic offering. Hot tea: 1 heaping tsp of loose tea for 7-9oz (200-260ml) of boiling water. Steep 3-7 minutes. Ice tea: 6 heaping tsp loose tea in a teapot for 1 1/4 cup (315ml) boiling. Steep 5 minutes.
