$9.50/lb on take home weight Average weight - 200lbs to 250lbs Average total cost ~ $1900-$2375 Final cost will be calculated when available.  $100 deposit will be deducted from final cost. Please fill out this form at link provided to submit your cuts and customization of your 1/2.   Now booking for MAY 2026 (subject to change but no later) (Timing is based off scheduled dates at butcher.  If orders get pushed out too far we will work to schedule an extra appointment to shorten the wait time and get you your beef sooner!)   We will contact you when it is ready for pickup and provide you with the final price.
