We use high-quality double-walled stainless steel tumblers that will keep your drinks cold up to 24 hours and hot up to 8 hours. Tumblers are hand glittered and sealed with FDA Approved Epoxy. In most cases also layered with vinyl and sealed with FDA Approved Epoxy once again to give it a smooth, shiny finish.  TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS - HAND WASH ONLY - DO NOT DROP. The epoxy is sturdy but not indestructible, if dropped it can crack, chip or even shatter. Please handle your tumbler like you would a glass mug. I cannot repair dropped tumblers. - DO NOT SOAK - DO NOT SCRUB with harsh surfaces such as a “Brillo pad” - Epoxy is heat-sensitive - do not leave in a hot car or in direct sunlight for a prolonged amount of time.  RETURN POLICY AND SHIPPING INFO ***There are no cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
