Arugula Mustard Greens/Herb Seeds
Arugula Mustard Greens/Herb Seeds - Heirloom Leafy Greens Vegetable SeedsAs with many vegetables and things I have eaten from my garden, I did not like arugula until I started growing them myself. Usually the packs of arugula puirchased from the grocery store have a bitter flavor that is not to my liking. When I grow my own and harvest the young tender leaves, it has no bitterness and the true mustard/peppery/umami flavor of arugula really shines. Plus, they are very fast to grow. I start harvesting baby greens at around 40 days. I harvest leaves as needed and the plants keep producing more over a period of a few weeks. It is a good idea to succession sow more arugula seeds every 3 weeks. They grow easily in small spaces like my GreenStalk garden towers. I love to add arugula baby greens to my salads or make proscutto and arugula pizza. Listing is for 1 packet of minimum 25 seedsFollow me on social media because I post a lot of information on how to grow the very same seeds available i
