It produces very straight green beans on tall plants. It produces over a longer period of time, putting out multiple flushes as long as it is harvested on a regular basis. Also appears to have some disease resistance to rust which has affected other green bean varieties that I have trialed in my garden. This variety usually starts producing at around 50 days from direct sowing the seeds into the ground. This is a bush bean, meaning it grows into compact bushes which is great for small gardens. No need for trellising. Pods are stringless, tender, and gorgeous when cooked. I highly recommend bush beans for beginner gardeners as they are easy, grow quickly, and produce something edible by the 2 month mark.
