Hot Pink Celosia with Burgundy Foliage Flower SeedsThis is such an interesting colored Celosia! The flowers looks like soft feathery spikes and make a gorgeous addition to flower bouquets. The leaves are dark green with a burgundy tinge. The plants grow very tall often reaching over 5ft. Every now and then I chop them down to promote new growth and blooms. I use the pruned off stems and leaves in compost and mulching around the garden as it provides a lot of bio mass. This is a hardy annual which keeps growing and blooming until winter cold kills the plant. Plants prefer full sun but also tolerate some partial shade.
