It does not remind me of a "mustard green" type flavor even though this is a mustard. The leaves cook down and have a similar texture to spinach. The leaves are lush, glossy, and grow in a beautiful rosette shape. Tatsoi has more vitamin C than an orange, plus other minerals and nutrients.
