Ten Fingers Of Naples Tomato Seeds - Heirloom Roma Sauce Or Paste Tomato Vegetable SeedsTen Fingers of Naples is an Italian heirloom tomato cultivar that produces clusters of 5-6 inch elongated Roma type fruits, best suited for making sauce or paste. I was looking for a determinate tomato that was very productive so I could can tomato sauce and this one met all of those needs. Plants get around 5FT tall and require good support since the clusters get very heavy. It was one of the first tomatoes to start producing during my growing season, meaning it is pretty early maturing as well. The tomatoes have meaty inside cavities that are dry, which is exactly what you want for sauce/paste tomatoes (extra juice makes watery sauce). I don't recommend it for fresh eating since it is on the dry side. I have grown the standard Roma tomato twice before and in my experience Ten Fingers of Naples produced way more tomatoes in comparison, at least in my garden. Listing is for 1 packet of 15 seedsFollo
