Sterling Silver Home by the River Necklace

My dream home is a little cottage by a river in a beautiful mountain valley with fields to  wander and a fox that visits me sometimes. This layered landscape necklace is looking up the valley as a waxing crescent moon drops behind the mountains at sunset. To create this piece, I first draw the design on recycled sterling silver sheet, then I cut out my illustration using a jeweler's saw. I finish the pendant by filing and sanding it, so that it has a satiny-smooth, rustic-looking finish. It has been oxidized to look aged and to make the design pop.
