The dress has a front zipper, and there are darts in the front and back of the dress to give a more tailored look and feel. The wearer is able to detach the flared bottom from the main garment to wear the dress as a mini, or draped the adjustable skirt bottom over your shoulders as a cape. The cape adds volume & drama to the look. The inside of the dress is partially lined with matching fabric and black satin trim.
